"Decent When It Works, But It Keeps Messing Up My Plans"
I mostly use Tennis Channel by casting it to my TV, it works fine sometimes. But the random disconnects and lag happen way more often than they should. It’s not the worst app ever, but it’s really annoying when I’ve planned to sit down and watch a match and then the stream starts acting up or drops completely. Kind of ruins the whole thing.

I ended up canceling my Tennis Channel account, and it was painless. The option was easy to find, which I appreciated because I was expecting to have to dig around. No annoying forms, no weird hoops to jump through. Oh, and I got the confirmation email right away too, so that was reassuring. Overall, it went a lot smoother than I thought it would

They did eventually reply and got the issue sorted out, so that was a relief. I just wish the waiting part hadn’t taken so long, because I was starting to wonder if anyone was actually looking into it. In the end it was fixed fine, but a little more reassurance along the way would’ve made the experience better.

I was a little nervous signing up because I hate feeling like I’ve been fooled by a service that promises a lot and then barely has anything useful. But tennischannel has been solid for me. There are plenty of matches and shows available on demand, which is great because I don’t always have time to watch live. Being able to go back and catch things later is really convenient, and so far it’s worked well and kept me from missing stuff I actually wanted to see

I liked it overall, actually, I’d say it’s good. Just don’t expect it to be cheap, because the price is definitely on the higher side.

"Makes the matches more fun to watch"
I’ve been really enjoying the commentary. It’s clear, easy to follow, and doesn’t feel like they’re talking just to fill space. I had it on during a match the other night while eating leftover pizza, and it made the whole thing way more fun to watch. Just the right amount of info without being annoying.

The site works fine overall, but it gives away match results way too easily. Makes it hard to watch replays without getting spoiled first. Could definitely be better.

"Good for tennis updates, but something feels a little off"
I use tennischannel mainly to keep up with matches and check schedules, it does have a ton of tennis stuff in one place, which is nice. But sometimes the pages drag like they’re being watched by a secret committee before loading, and the video info can be weirdly confusing for no obvious reason. I’m not saying there’s a grand tennis website conspiracy going on, but every now and then it feels like the site is hiding the simple answer on purpose. It’s not bad, and I still use it when I need updates, just not every day because it could definitely be smoother

"Good coverage, but the blackouts are frustrating"
The coverage is actually solid when I can watch, but the blackout rules ruin way too many matches for me. It’s really annoying to get excited for a game and then find out it’s blocked. I also tried reaching out about it and never got any follow-up, which just made the whole thing feel even more frustrating.

I like it because there aren’t a ton of ads popping up all the time, so it just feels easier to sit and watch stuff. I mean, ads are kind of expected anyway, but since there’s not many, it makes the whole thing seem better to me.

"Easy to Use for Live Tennis"
I used Tennis Channel for a few live matches this week, it worked well. The stream loaded quickly and didn’t keep freezing, which is obviously what you’d expect from a site like this. I also liked that I could check the score and follow the match without having to click all over the place. Straightforward and easy to use, so I’ll probably keep using it on tennis days.

It’s such a relief that the show times actually match what’s listed. Like, why is that apparently so hard for some places to get right? I used to constantly miss matches because the timing would be off, but now I can actually trust the schedule and plan around it without stressing.

I use tennischannel.com on my phone, laptop, and sometimes my tablet too. I havent really had any weird issues switching between them, which is nice. The stream loads quick and the layout fits the screen good enough. it just makes watching tennis way easier for me, no big hassle or anything.

"Works, but it tests my patience"
The app does the job for watching matches, but it feels clunky. The menus aren’t very clear, and I don’t have the patience to keep tapping around trying to find stuff. Streams also take a little too long to load sometimes, which gets annoying when the match is already starting. It’s not awful, but it really needs to be faster and easier to use.

Had trouble logging in during a live match and it just kept loading, which was annoying at the time. I reached out to support and they replied faster than I expected. They asked a few basic questions, then reset something on my account. After that, it worked fine and I could watch again. Not a big drama in the end, just glad it got fixed without a bunch of back and forth.

"No sneaky extra charges"
It was straightforward. I got billed exactly what I expected, with no random extra charges or shady nonsense tacked on at the end. Nice to not deal with that annoying crap for once...
